Who's Who Chicago: Centerstage People
Amy Wilschke
Broke desk jockey by day and insomniac by night, Amy spends her free time doing anything and everything possible to forget that she's a broke insomniac desk jockey, which includes, but is not limited to, slowly chiseling out a memoir, playing outside, bar- and restaurant-hopping, pimping out her brand new 1992 Oldsmobile and watching "Seinfeld" on DVD.

Since writing her first book at the age of 2 (read: dictating nonsensical gibberish to her babysitter), Amy knew she had found her niche. Her future plans include a massive nationwide book tour that will allow her to retire on one of the coasts at the age of 30 in a mansion, where she will lay by the pool all day drinking margaritas while two professional massage therapists rub out her carpal tunnel.
